In November 2020, after 18 years, Tutu was gone. The boy grieved, profoundly. A presence so quiet — yet so enormous — had left.
Yet beneath the sorrow grew something urgent. Not to mourn, but to multiply the love. And so, TutuNovember was born.

18 years of wisdom, forever remembered
When Tutu passed, something shifted in Abhinav. He didn’t just grieve — he transformed. He carried Tutu’s name, Tutu’s slowness, Tutu’s way of seeing the world.
TutuNovember began not as a plan, but as a promise — to live the way Tutu had taught him. Patiently. Purposefully. With love for every small, overlooked life.

Today, Abhinav travels, speaks, and builds — carrying Tutu’s spirit into communities, conversations, and change. The foundation registered on 22 May 2025 is the next chapter of that promise.
Every story has a first cause. For TutuNovember, that cause was a father’s act of love — bringing Tutu home.
Without that gift, none of this would exist. The friendship, the lessons, the grief, the foundation — all of it began with Papa’s belief in his son, long before the world believed too.
He spent two whole days creating the artwork that became TutuNovember’s identity. An artist, an educator, a poet — but first and always, the hero.

The bond, the love and care which I got from my parents became the foundation of this community — to Pay it Forward.
Papa is also a published poet. His book Unspoken reflects the same quiet depth he poured into raising Abhinav — and into gifting him Tutu.
